Orders
After successful payment, you will be sent an order confirmation email.
Orders are based on availability of stock.
Returns & Exchanges
Acceptance of 30 days return from date of delivery.
Products to be unused, original packaging with tags intact.
Returns are eligible only for credit in the store (not direct refund).
Defective or Wrong Products
In case you receive a defective or wrong product, you are kindly requested to inform us within 7 days from delivery date. We will replace or refund in full.
Return Shipping Charges
The return shipping charge will be incurred by customers (except in case of defective goods).
If free shipping was originally applied, its value will be deducted from store credit.
Refund Processing
After we receive and approve the returned product, your store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable Items
Gift cards, sale items, and custom orders are non-returnable.
